Signposted and varied running routes around the idyllic Abtenau - to Fischbach, Eglsee, Scheffenbichlkogel/Fliehof and Kainhofbauer/Karkogel.
NEUALM SNAIL WALL 10 km
From Russbach along the Randobach - continue along the forest path to the Schneckenwand - the hiking trail to Fallenegg - the freight path back to Russbach
GSCHÜTT-ROUND 6 km
From Russbach follow the Sonnenscheinweg (Alte G Schüttstraße) - briefly along the Paß G Schütt federal road - back along the Höhenweg to Russbach
