EGEL LAKE – SCHEFFENBICHLKOGEL – OBERE SONNLEIT´N approx. 1,5 hours
Swimming pool – Kehlhof to the landscape protection area Eglsee – Scheffenbichlkogel – Sonnleiten – Poschenhof
WATER FALLS – AU ROUND ROUTE approx. 2 hours
Arlerhof Local History Museum – Kneipp facility – Dachserfall – Tricklfall – Arlstein – Schwarzenbach – Abtenau
SUNLINES 15 minutes.
East car park - Schrattengutweg and turn left to the Sonnleitenalm where a wonderful panoramic view of the Abtenauer Basin awaits you. Attached to the Alm are an organic farm, cheese dairy and the Toni Chapel.
CARKOGEL about 2 hours
Take the combined cable car up to the “Abtenauer Hausberg” and after a short walk to the nearby pond, enjoy the view of Abtenau from the Karkogelhütte.
The hikers go via Fischbach up the forest path to the Karkogel and past Karalm and Kohlhof down into the valley. At the "moving mountain“There’s always something going on – a highlight is that Summer toboggan run
GSENGALM about 3,5 hours
Fischbach – Eggenreith forest path – Gsengalm (starting point for other wonderful hikes such as Schober, Traunstein, First, Gsenghöhe, Karkogel). An approx. 3 km long forest road leads from the Karkogel mountain station directly to the Gsengalm
ROCHERALM about 4 hours
In the district of Au – Arlstein – direction Seitenalm and turn left to Rocheralm/Rocheralmhöhe – return possibly via Voglau.

STUHLALM - THEODOR KÖRNER HUT in Annaberg
Astauwinkel in Rauenbachtal – Pommerbauer car park. The forest road up to the Stuhlalm and Theodor Körner Hut. From both huts you have a fantastic view of the valley and the peaks of the Gosaukamm and the Bischofsmütze.

Along the Rinnbach to the Bodenberg and to the Rinnbergalmen - a romantic alpine hut village with a breathtaking view from the Dachstein to the Watzmann. Extension to Angerkaralm possible

Gosausee
Gosausee car park – circular route approx. 1 hour, hike to rear Gosausee approx. 3 hours. Gosaukamm cable car to the Zwieselalm area. An ideal starting point for long hikes or short walks amidst green pastures. After just a few steps you can simply “just” have a good time in one of the rustic huts and enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the Gosaukamm and the sparkling Gosausee down in the valley.

LONGECKALM in St. Martin
From the town center along a wide forest path and partly narrow path you come to the Langeckalm. After a short break with a wonderful view of the Tennengebirge, the Gosaukamm and Dachstein, you now have many more hiking options to rustic alpine huts, such as Tonialm, Widdernalm, Frommerkogel, Sittleralm. Past the Ostermaisalm and Buttermilchalm you come back into the valley.

BLUNTAUTAL in Golling
The nature reserve is unique in its natural beauty and certainly one of the most enchanting spots in the Salzburger Land. A unique mountain world is reflected in the crystal clear water of the Torrener Ache and brown trout cavort in the deep green lakes - surrounded by lush meadows.
Gasthof Göllhof car park – walk to the lakes approx. 20 minutes – to the Bärenhof approx. 1,5 hours. Your hike can be extended to the Bluntautal waterfall, to the Jochalm, to the Carl von Stahl House...

POSTALM HIKE
From parking lot 3, take the almost flat path past the Erlbachhütte, Seeblickhütte, Schafbergblickhütte and Wiesleralm to the “Wolfgangseeblick” viewpoint with a wonderful view of Lake Wolfgangsee and Schafberg. The panoramic view from the summit of the Wieslerhörndl is even more breathtaking
